Does submitting a request issue my PAN immediately?+
No. This starter portal records the request, but official provider integrations are not configured. An order stays pending until an authorized provider is connected and processing it.
How do wallet top-ups work?+
A top-up request remains pending. An administrator must verify the payment reference before funds are credited. There is no live payment gateway in this build.
Is this an official government website?+
No. PAN Desk is an independent prototype and is not affiliated with a government department or PAN service provider.
